The December 5th Fund's "Fore"get cancer, just for one day Golf Tournament

We are excited to announce D5F's "Fore"get cancer, just for one day Golf Tournament will be played Thursday, June 20th at the Forest Park Golf Course in St. Louis, MO. All proceeds from this event will go to The December 5th Fund.

Tournament Details:

• Four person scramble
• $150 per player
• $500 per team ($100 discount if signed up as full team)
• Shotgun starts at 10am
• Breakfast burritos, Bloody Mary bar, and registration begins at 9am
• Dinner, awards, and silent auction to immediately follow scramble at 3pm
• $500 payout for winner of entire tournament, $250 for second place, and $100 for third place
• $50 per team contest entry on day of event - includes mulligans, closest to the pin, pro shot and longest drive
  • Prizes for each contest winner!
• Drinks provided FREE OF CHARGE (beer, water, and soda)
