D5F’s 3rd Annual “Fore”get Cancer, Just for One Day Golf Tournament is happening Sunday, September 27th at Sugar Creek Golf Course in High Ridge, MO!

Join us for a day on the course filled with fun, food, and a powerful purpose... supporting families facing cancer through The December 5th Fund.

Tournament Details:

• Format: 4-person scramble
• $150 per player
• $500 per team (save $100 when registering a full team)
• Shotgun start at 9:00 AM
• Check-in opens at 8:00 AM with donuts and a bloody mary bar
• Lunch, awards, and silent auction immediately following play around 1:30 PM

Bonus Contest Package - $60 per team (pay at event):

• Includes mulligans, closest to the pin and longest drive
• Prizes awarded for each contest winner!

Perks:

• Complimentary drinks (beer, water, and soda) and hot dogs served on the course throughout the day
